Liability Waiver

In consideration Touchstone Golf’s granting me (or any child or ward of mine) the privilege of participating in activities at Pruneridge Golf Club’s facility, I hereby covenant not to sue and agree to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify Touchstone Golf…, its trustees, officers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively “Touchstone Golf”) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, actions of causes of action whatsoever, for omissions constituting negligence of Touchstone Golf’s part, except for willful or wanton negligence or misconduct. I acknowledge that I have been advised of potential dangers inherent in the program and that I am personally responsible for and voluntarily assume the risks of injury or damage to person or property, except as limited above._____

Member Rules and Regulations

1. Members may use Pruneridge’s facility during operating hours but availability is subject to change due to student needs.

2. Range balls will be provided only during scheduled lessons. Students are responsible to purchase their own range balls all other times.

3. Members are not allowed to extend any discounts to their friends. REMINDER; It’s unlawful to remove range balls/baskets from property.

4. All classes must be canceled 12 hours in advance online. Member may be suspended from classes for excessive “No Shows. “

5. Members must abide by all membership and facility rules and regulations. Please review the Rules of the Driving Range posted at the range.

6. Member discounts and pricing are subject to change.

7. Members of the adult classes must be 18 years of age. Children age 12 years and older may join the program and take classes along with their parent or guardian.

8. Membership or monthly payments (including initiation fees) are not refundable or transferable.

9.All FLEX members must sign up for classes online.

10. Memberships must be canceled 7 days prior to the 1st of the month via email to:

Cancellation Policy

Unlimited FLEX Membership:

*All prices are charged monthly

** Members will be charged for the first month and the initiation fee upon sign up.

*** Billing cycle appears on the 1^st of the month for the next month.

Maintenance (up to two sessions per month): $85.00

Standard (up to four sessions per month): $115.00

$75 initiation fee is required upon sign up and/or re-enrollment
